Ubuntu for Android Schon seit geraumer Zeit denken die Entwickler der Linux-Schmiede Canonical über eine Ubuntu -Version für Tablets und Smartphones nach. Nun hat das Unternehmen mit Ubuntu for Android eine erste solche Lösung präsentiert.

Die Alpha 2 von Cyanogenmod 9 gibt es nun für HPs Touchpad. Cyanogenmod 9 bringt Android 4.0 auf das WebOS-Tablet. Mit der neuen Alphaversion kommt Hardwarebeschleunigung für Videos dazu.
